How do I confirm what you pick up?
We will send you an email or text once the items have been logged in, at which point you can view your activity from the "My Account" page.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or you may pay cash in store.

Who is eligible for the rewards program?
Everyone whether you're a customer or not you can start earning money today!

What areas do you service?
We currently service Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Manhattan pickups are done on Monday and delivered on Thursday, doorman buildings only.

What is the turn around time?
From the time of pick up:

What if I'm not home for pick up and delivery?
Simply tell us on your account set up form where we can pick up and deliver from. As long as it's secure we will pick up and deliver where you instruct us.**

What if I have a hectic schedule?
If you don't see a time or day that works for you, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I drop off my own laundry?
Sure, we are located at 1585 McDonald Ave between off Ave N by the entance to the f train. We are open Monday through Thursday 7am until 7pm and Friday 7am until 1 hr before sunset

I go away for the summer - what should I do?
Currently we have a schedule servicing New Jersey and are hoping to expand to other areas. Call for more information.
